Typical isn’t it? The morning of that big event and you wake up with a whopper pimple on your chin! Happens us all, don’t worry. I have been using Dream Dots for a very long time and find them amazing for targeted spot treatment, particularly when you need the spot gone in a very short space of time.
They are so easy to use. Apply one of the Dream Dots (which look like a round plaster) to a clean, dry spot. Leave on over night or throughout the day (for up to 10 hours) and remove. And, they can even be worn under makeup.
So how do they work? By drawing out the sebum from the blocked pore. As the patch can hold up to 2.5 times its own weight in liquid, it will absorb all the liquid from the spot leaving the pore clean and sebum free.
The best thing for me is they stop me from picking at the spot, which has the potential to leave scarring. They also hydrate the skin so my skin never feels dry after use. They are by far the most comfortable spot treatment I have ever tried.
Because the patch works like a cushion you feel the pressure lifting from the spot when you are wearing these. This is a big plus for me , especially for those nasty ones with no heads on them. Talking of those, I tend to get a lot of spots that have no head on them. Dream Dots are great at bringing the sebum to the head. I then apply a second Dream Dot and by the second morning my spot is gone.
They are vegan friendly and cruelty free. They contain no harsh chemicals and are suitable for use during pregnancy.
You can only use these on individual spots, if you have a cluster of acne breakouts these probably wouldn’t be the best option for you. But they work great on single spots.
If you haven’t tried these I would highly recommend you do. They are brilliant to have in your skincare stash for those date night emergencies.
Dream Dots are €14.99 for 24 patches and you can purchase them from The Dream Dots Website or pharmacies nationwide.
Will you be checking these out or are you, like me, already a big fan???
I would give these a 4.5 out of 5 Adorn rating. Don’t forget to rate the Dots below.
